This mug cake is the perfect dessert or snack for when you’re craving something sweet — don’t want to share!

S’mores are a classic campfire treat, but you can re-create the same cozy flavors and campfire feels with this recipe at home. (No fire or sharpened sticks required!)

It’s so incredibly easy and quick to make this S’mores Cookies & Creamy Shakeology Mug Cake.

All you need is an egg, applesauce, Shakeology, chocolate chips, and marshmallow flavor extract — put it all in a mug, microwave for 3 minutes and done!

This mug cake is the perfect cozy dessert or snack when you’re craving something sweet and delightful — and don’t want to share!

  • Nonstick cooking spray  
  • 1
    large
    egg
  • ½
    cup / 120 g
    unsweetened applesauce
  • 1
    scoop
    Cookies & Creamy Shakeology 
  • 1
    tsp.
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼
    tsp.
    marshmallow flavor extract
  • ¼
    plain graham cracker sheet, crushed

  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

  2. Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, chocolate chips, and extract; stir until well incorporated.  

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with graham cracker. Serve warm.
